Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA)

TIG Welding Services
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding can be applied to a variety of steel fabrication issues and is most commonly applied when the highest quality weld is desired. The cleanliness of the TIG welding operation ensures the maximum level of quality. It is an excellent way of addressing on-site welding issues.
MIG Welding Services
Metal Inert gas (MIG) Welding, occasionally referred to as Metal Active Gas (MAG) Welding, is a method of steel fabrication that can be semi-automatic or automatic.

Arc Steel provides steel erecting services to clients who have sourced buildings or other structures elsewhere. This enables clients to recycle buildings and materials or to use reclaimed or second hand structures.
Our team of qualified steel erectors has been trained to the highest standards of workmanship and in all aspects of Health and Safety Legislation.
Arc Steel has the expertise to undertake steel erecting projects of any size from installing staircases to erecting buildings and can provide all the equipment necessary - scissor lifts, access lifts, boom lifts, cherry pickers or cranes - to complete your project efficiently and safely.

Arc Steel provide a first class cladding service in a wide range of materials. We can supply and install cladding for a multitude of different uses according to your particular requirements.
The cladding materials we use range from asbestos-free fibre cement to profiled metal sheets which can be provided in a range of colours and finishes. Metal roof sheets have an integral supported seam for added strength and a syphon groove designed to eliminate water penetration.
We can also provide roofing sheets with the appearance of natural slate which are made from a modern, lightweight but strong building material.
Arc Steel can also provide vented sheets, suitable for agricultural buildings, which provide really effective ventilation.
Alternatively, we can supply and install insulated and fire resistant wall and roof panels in a variety of weatherside coatings and colours.
