About Us
Agri-Fab Engineering Services Ltd was established in 2002 by Jamie Doak, with the aid of the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust.
The business began as a mobile blacksmiths, agricultural engineers and steel fabricators. From the outset, Jamie was determined to give 100% customer satisfaction. This commitment, and the reputation Agri-Fab developed as a result, enabled the business to grow rapidly. Gradually the focus of the company shifted away from the agricultural sector as Agri-Fab developed into a Specialist Steel Fabrication company with a large workshop near Auchterarder.
In September 2009 the company name was changed to Arc Steel Limited. Arc Steel can undertake all types of projects from architectural steelworks, including staircases, balconies and other features, to steel framed buildings for agricultural, industrial and commercial purposes.
The company has a strong core workforce of professionals qualified to British standard. It is company policy to ensure that our staff are as highly skilled as possible and everybody undergoes a program of continual professional development to ensure that their certification is kept fully up-to-date.
For specialist projects, we have access to consultant engineers, quality draughtsmen and coded welders as appropriate.
Health and Safety is a top priority and every member of staff is fully trained to understand and abide by the requirements of Health and Safety Legislation.
Arc Steel Limited is a member of ConstructionLine - a pre-approved national register for construction contractors.
